Hamburger menu

A button of three short horizontal lines, usually in a top corner, that opens the list of links on a phone.
Using it in a prompt
On phones, collapse the navigation into a hamburger menu in the top right that opens a full screen list.
Named after what it looks like. Sensible on a phone, where a full menu will not fit, and usually a mistake on a large screen, where hiding the navigation behind a click helps nobody.
