Measured language lowers pressure and gives the reader space to decide.
Fills the tone part of a prompt.
Use short, steady sentences and verbs that describe the next step without urgency. Explain one idea at a time, leave out exclamation marks, and give the reader enough information to choose without being pushed. Do not use countdowns, alarm words, or claims that imply a decision must happen immediately.
Use this tone pattern when it changes the result the agent should produce. It provides one concrete direction without deciding unrelated parts of the website.
