Prompt pattern

Warm but professional

Human language and reliable structure make the message welcoming without losing competence.

Fills the tone part of a prompt.

Address the reader as "you", use contractions, and acknowledge the practical concern behind the request before explaining the solution. Keep headings direct, paragraphs under 3 sentences, and promises tied to a concrete next step. Do not use emojis, overfamiliar jokes, or corporate phrases such as "moving forward" and "best in class".

Use this tone pattern when it changes the result the agent should produce. It provides one concrete direction without deciding unrelated parts of the website.
