Testimonial
A quote from a real customer, used as evidence.
Also called: customer quotes, reviews, what people say about us, happy customer comments
A short quote from someone who has used the business, shown with their name, to help a stranger decide whether to trust it.
Using it in a prompt
Add three testimonials with the customer name and town. Leave the section out entirely if I have not given you real quotes.
An invented testimonial is worse than none at all, and an agent will happily invent one to fill the space. Say plainly that the section should be left out rather than filled with fiction.
One named quote from a real person carries more weight than five anonymous ratings.
