Prompt pattern

Story-led

A clear sequence shows the situation, the change, and the reason to take the next step.

Fills the copy part of a prompt.

Structure the page as situation, tension, useful change, and next step, giving each stage a short heading. Use one real detail, quote, or measured result to make the change believable, and keep the visitor as the person moving through the story. Do not invent a customer story, bury the offer in background, or end without a clear action.

Use this copy pattern when it changes the result the agent should produce. It provides one concrete direction without deciding unrelated parts of the website.
